Job Requirements of Sr. Full Stack Engineer - React/Java (remote):
Qualifications for the role include:
- Must have 4 to 6 years of progressive software experience React JS, Core Java, Spring Framework, Service API, SQL.
- Advanced proficiency in React, Redux, and related libraries and tools. Must have experience with designing React reusable components.
- Experience with NodeJS/Express, NoSQL, Containerization, event streaming such as Kafka is preferred.
- Experience with Micro Frontend Architecture.
- Bachelor’s in computer science or related filed is preferred or equivalent work experience in software development

Job Summary:
Sr. Full Stack (React/Java) is an individual contributor on agile team who is primarily responsible for defining and building software in support of one or more business products.
Job role and responsibilities:
- Responsible for producing stable and high performing applications.
- Work in Agile methodologies and contribute toward the entire lifecycle of a user story with particular emphasis on coding, unit testing and deployment pipeline automation.
- Work with other developers on the team to define high level technical design and follow overall architectural guidelines.
- Research and learn new technologies and processes as part of continuous improvement .
- Contribute towards fostering a high performant and self organized team.
- Clearly communicate potential and real issues to the team and propose solutions to resolve them.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
COMPENSATION
he salary range for this position is $130K to $135k. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
