JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Director to join our team and lead Corporate FP&A in support of consolidated company reporting, planning and analysis. This includes, but not limited to, managing consolidated forecasting and annual operating plan cycles, owning variance and trend analyses, as well as playing a role in long-term planning. The Director will driving strategic and actionable insights through financial analysis and modeling. The position will report to the VP of FP&A and work cross-functionally including senior leadership, driving FP&A processes, timelines and tools. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced FP&A professional with preferably large-company and Healthtech and/or Technology background to have an immediate impact in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The position reports to the VP of FP&A and works under minimal direction leading FP&A cycles and processes. The role would drive an impact on reporting and analysis, working directly with senior management and business leaders. The Director will apply comprehensive knowledge of financial principles, practices, and procedures to complete job responsibilities, including advanced problem-solving and communication skills. The position will eventually have direct report(s) and the ability to lead work of others or train others who do not directly report to the role is an important aspect of the role.

DUTIES

1. Drives annual operating planning process and forecasting cycles as well as develops and consolidates monthly and quarterly financial results and analysis for management and executives. Develops financial trend analysis and summaries of results/drivers.
2. Manages preparation of executive and management reporting as well as Board reporting. Partner across Finance including Accounting, Treasury and Investor Relations and serve as dedicated finance business partner to corporate functions, potentially including Talent, Legal and Finance.
3. Leverages technology to extract and assess data; serve as power-user of SAP financial systems. Partner with the FP&A organization to ensure tools are used to identify trends in support of data-driven analysis.
4. Partners with FP&A and business leaders to create insightful tools and templates regarding reporting, dashboards and multi-dimensional financial models. Escalates any financial issues to management. Monitor and report on the company's KPIs including financial results, cash flow, ratio analysis and operational metrics.
5. Drive development of key communications including regular updates to VP of FP&A, CFO and executive management.
6. Continuously identify opportunities to improve and build upon financial processes and reporting to drive strategic insights and support decision making. Uses in-depth knowledge and advanced problem-solving skills to strategize and resolve non-routine issues.
7. Ensures compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements. Demonstrates Company's Core Competencies and values held within.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $155k-$175k Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity.  This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.

Job Requirements:

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):

* Minimum Bachelor's degree with a preferred major in Finance or Accounting. MBA preferred.
* Minimum of 10 years proven experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in Healthcare/Healthtech or Technology and experience in large companies.
* Strong business acumen and ability to work effectively and efficiently cross-functionally.
* Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, reporting, presentation people management, communication and decision-making skills
* Strong financial modeling experience (across financial statements), and ability to analyze data and complex situations and arrive at a logical conclusion.
* Ability to work in fast-paced environment, as well as organize and manage tasks while prioritizing to meet established deadlines.
* Ability interface with executive level management and operational leaders, as well as build consensus, establish trust, and build relationships through the organization.
* Experience with SAP financial applications preferred.
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
