VP, Client Executive, Provider Market

JOB SUMMARY:

This role leads, plans, develops, and directs all aspects of sales and account management for an assigned US Region to support the Company in creating client satisfaction and driving consistent revenue growth in the provider segment.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop, implement and oversee strategy for new client creation and existing client satisfaction and opportunity expansion that leads to revenue growth for the assigned Region, partners, or market segment. This primary responsibility includes the annual development and ongoing management of a comprehensive territory plan that aligns with Company growth objectives.
2. Oversight and cultivation of Executive relationships with Regional and National clients through the creation of trusted advisor relationships that are coordinated with the MultiPlan business development teams.
3. Will actively seek to expand the breadth of additional Company products and services by collaborating with the Client Management teams assigned to their respective regional territory or assigned client portfolio.
4. Function as the client advocate while cultivating a customer driven perspective throughout the Company in support of the corporate business objectives.
5. Within the assigned region or client portfolio, the Client Executive is to provide direction and oversight to the Client Management, Solution Specialist, Operations and account management team(s) in order to resolve customer issues, develop joint customer sales and business strategies, and meet customer expressed business objectives and goals.
6. Through the active and consistent use of the Company's CRM, will develop detailed pipeline reports and accurate quarterly forecasts for regional updates that will enables the Client Executive to fulfill annually assigned territory sales quotas.
7. Actively engage and monitor product / program effectiveness and develop processes and client reporting to illustrate the impacts and effectiveness of sales and account management activities in a manner that will positively drive Net Promoter Scores.
8. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across all business / product groups, business development teams and management to enable our client's success and satisfaction with the Company.
9. Ensure compliance with HIPPA regulations and requirements.
10. Demonstrate commitment to the Company's core values.

JOB SCOPE:

This role has significant impact on the performance, reputation and quality of service to the Company's clients. This Senior level position impacts and contributes to the strategies, and financial and operating business plans for their assigned regions and respective business development team members. This role allows for the individual to tactically and strategically partner with other leadership roles to plan strategies and programs to ensure efficient operations and achievement of our client's business objectives as well as MultiPlan's corporate commitments to our Shareholders.

The salary range for this position is $175-190k. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.

Job Requirements:

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):

* Minimum Bachelors' degree in a related field couple with ten (10) years' experience in enterprise solution selling to the healthcare industry. Provider markets experience is preferred,
* Minimum 5 years' experience in working with healthcare related insurers such as TPAs, HMOs, MCO's or Integrated Service Networks is a plus.
* Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
* Knowledge of the Company's business and of strategic business practices in general
* Knowledge of health care, market dynamics, trends and market direction while understanding the corresponding impact on Company products, services, and ability to compete and grow
* Knowledge and understanding of customer business, product, and market strategies
* Analytical thinking, problem-solving, strategic leadership, communication (verbal and written), people management, project management, task management, decision-making, business acumen, analytical, negotiation, persuasion, organization, and prioritization skills
* Commitment to highest standards of quality and integrity
* Ability to be comfortable with and to manage in-person client interface
* Ability to be an active listener
* Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers
* Ability to communicate with and persuade all levels, including internal and external senior leadership levels
* Ability to elicit trust and credibility as well as interface with all levels of the organization

* Ability to manage large scale projects and bring them to successful conclusion
* Ability to understand relationships and structures of providers and competitors
* Ability to use computer software, hardware, and peripherals applicable to role
* Availability to travel as needed
