Job Requirements of Financial Analyst II:
* Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred or HS Diploma (or GED) with 4 years of experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience in field or related area
* Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
* Knowledge of practices and procedures within a finance organization
* Communication (written, verbal and listening), financial, time management, project, analytical and interpersonal skills
* Ability to forecast, budget, and model finances
* Ability to use software, hardware, and peripherals related to job responsibilities, including MS Office
* Ability to multi task and meet deadlines
* Individual in this position must be able to work in a standard office environment which requires sitting and viewing monitor(s) for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier and telephone

JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for aiding various departments within the Company in financial inquiries, maintaining financial decision support tools, tracking revenue with models and processes, and working with software to provide reports.
JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for aiding various departments within the Company in financial inquiries, maintaining financial decision support tools, tracking revenue with models and processes, and working with software to provide reports.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain current financial decision support tools for executive management.
- Prepare internal financial and external financial statements and reports.
- Support department month-end close process, support the finance and sales department on revenue inquiries.
- Work with software to provide reporting and analysis for monthly financial activity.
- Perform annual budget process responsibilities.
- Provide and aid in client/service revenue analysis.
- Perform Accounts Receivable functions such as invoicing, cash application and analysis
- Act as a resource for Finance, Accounting and Sales teams.
- Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
- Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.
- Please note due to the exposure of PHI sensitive data -- this role is considered to be a High Risk Role.

COMPENSATION
The salary for this position is $60K. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
