Job Requirements of Software Quality Analyst – Healthcare Claims & Enrollment:
JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, or 10 years of IT experience working with software
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software quality assurance, with focus on manual and automated testing
- Proven expertise in testing methodologies, test planning and test case development
- Hands-on experience in automated testing tools such as Selenium, including creating and maintaining automated test scripts
- Strong understanding and experience in API testing, including testing RESTful and SOAP APIs using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, ReadyAPI or similar
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and experience working in Agile team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools such as
- Junit/TestNG: For unit testing in Java
- Cucumber/Gherkin: For behavior-driven development BDD testing
- Jenkins: For continuous integration and continuous development (CI/CD) automation
- JMeter: For performance testing
- Robot Framework: For acceptance testing and acceptance test-driven development (ATDD)
- Proven ability to lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
- Experience in providing guidance and support to stakeholders on quality-related matters, advocating for quality assurance best practices, and ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations
- Knowledge of healthcare domain terminologies and experience in testing claims processing system is highly desirable
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, with ability to write and execute complex queries for data validation and verification purpose
- Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, including creating and updating user stories, tasks, and test cases, tracking defects, and documenting test plans and results
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are a plus
- Ability to operate in a dynamic change environment

Software Quality Analyst – Healthcare Claims & Enrollment

JOB SUMMARY: Conduct Software Quality Assurance (SQA) testing activities to ensure that MultiPlan application products operate correctly and meet specified requirements
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Analyze business requirements and technical specifications for Multiplan applications. Create the corresponding test strategy, test plans, and test cases for Multiplan's SQA team
2. Execute SQA testing of MultiPlan applications in accordance with project documentation and aligned with company standards
3. Perform back-end (database) testing using complex SQL queries on Oracle and SQL Server databases. Perform regression and integration testing.
4. Perform front-end (functional) testing of Web and GUI applications
5. Analyze test results and logs defects in HP Quality Center. Partner with project team members on the resolution and re-testing of identified defects and issues
6. Prepare reports of defects, test results, etc., through HP Quality Center. Provide constructive feedback and process improvement recommendations to the project team
7. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
8. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
9. Demonstrate commitment to the Company's core values.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is 100k-120k. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
