Job Requirements of Client Success Representative:
JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):
* Minimum High School Diploma and 4 years of related experience; Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in account management and/or sales and marketing in the healthcare industry, specifically with insurance companies and/or multi-state employers. Prior experience in selling care management services or managing a care management operations area preferred.
* RFP response and marketing initiatives experience, preferred
* Project management experience, preferred
* Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable.
* Knowledge of health care and managed care products.
* Knowledge of the Company's general business principles, industry dynamics, market trends, and specific operational details including current care management, customer base competition, Network Management concepts, and CQI concepts when performing all aspects of the job.
* Decision making, account management, presentation, interpersonal, time management, analytical, organizational, communication (verbal, written and listening), and presentation.
* Ability to effectively present alternatives consistent with customer needs.
* Ability to create and deliver sales presentations.
* Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while prioritizing to meet established deadlines.
* Ability to solve problems and customer business issues.
* Ability to keep the needs of the customer a priority when making decisions and taking action.
* Ability to identify or implement new or modified processes to meet the business needs of the customer.
* Ability to challenge the organization both up and down the chain of command to meet and exceed customer business and market needs.
* Ability to consult with colleagues/experts as needed while insisting upon service excellence from the organization to meet and exceed customer business needs and expectations.
* Ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Ability to represent the Company in a professional manner.
* Ability to travel with possible overnight stays 10%.
* Individual in this position must be able to work in a standard office environment which requires sitting and viewing monitor(s) for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier and telephone.
The salary range for this position is $64-80K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.

JOB SUMMARY: This position will support the development and maintenance of strategic relationships between the department and its customers. The incumbent works cross-functionally to maintain and grow effective intra-organizational relationships that support department objectives.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Build and maintain successful day-to-day client relationships through the elicitation of detailed business requirements gained through consistent business engagement.
2. Support implementation processes on behalf of clients requiring re-pricing on a manual basis and business implementation for those utilizing re-pricing through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes.
3. Partner with senior leadership and colleagues to develop and drive successful growth strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
4. Support and champion department initiatives to drive the efficient, prompt resolution of customer service, operational and network initiatives ensuring all client concerns are fully addressed.
5. Oversee and coordinate the administration of client requests to access the Company's leased network affiliates. Liaise cross-functionally as necessary to ensure all requests are approved and documented per organizational standards.
6. Coordinate the management of exclusion requests on behalf of the client. This may include but is not limited to receipts, tracking and periodic review monitoring.
7. Create, analyze and interpret client reporting that accurately reflects performance and trends. Support development of repeatable processes to compare and contrast market competitiveness on behalf of client while working to identify potential process improvements.
8. Attend client meetings as necessary.
9. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
10. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
11. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.
