Growth Marketing Manager

JOB SUMMARY: As a Growth Performance Marketing Manager, under the guidance of AVP, Growth Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and optimizing end-to-end marketing strategies and programs with a focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM). Your expertise will drive lead generation and growth strategies within the healthcare sector, particularly in payer and provider. You will leverage your understanding of industry associations, publications, and market dynamics to create and implement effective marketing initiatives. Role will be involved in planning, developing, executing, and evaluating high-impact integrated marketing programs that drive demand and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, account management, and product marketing to plan and execute industry-specific strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Campaign Strategy and Execution:
* Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing programs, from inception to execution, to drive lead generation and conversion.
* Implement ABM strategies to target high-value accounts, leveraging personalized content and tailored outreach.
* Monitor and analyze program performance, using data-driven insights to optimize and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
* Work with in-house and external writers to produce various types of content assets, including but not limited to emails, ad copy, white papers and case studies.
* Vendor management of third parties to support marketing asset development and ensure timelines.
* Represent MultiPlan at industry tradeshows and conferences as appropriate.


Lead Generation and Nurturing:
* Identify and engage with key industry associations and publications to enhance lead generation efforts.
* Develop and manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel effectively.
* Utilize a variety of digital and traditional marketing channels to reach and convert target audiences.


Healthcare Industry Expertise:
* Apply knowledge of Health IT and data management trends to shape marketing strategies and messaging.
* Stay abreast of industry developments, challenges, and opportunities to ensure relevant and timely marketing initiatives.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:
* Track, measure, and report on program performance and ROI, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
* Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders.


Collaboration and Leadership:
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales/Account Management, Product Marketing, Digital and Creative teams, and Business Leaders to align marketing strategies with business objectives
* Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.

Job Requirements:

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):

* 5 to 7 years of experience in growth marketing within the Healthcare or Health technology industry is a plus!
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce.com, Demandbase and/or 6sense). Experience in optimizing digital marketing program performance with recommendations and latest trends desired.
* Must have knowledge of how the US healthcare system operates and motivations of risk-bearing entities like payers, self-insured employers.

* Experienced in building marketing playbooks and Go-to-Market strategies from scratch.
* Accountable for growth marketing tactics and budgets.
* Expertise in industry associations, publications, and other key elements essential for lead generation activities within the healthcare sector.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ferocious attention to detail.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Strategic thinker with proven ability to craft and execute impactful marketing campaigns, driving initiatives over the finish line.
* 15-20% travel as needed.
* BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in digital marketing or healthcare management is a plus; minimum high school diploma with 10+ years of experience in a related field.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $130K to $140K.  Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity.  This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
