VP Partner Executive
JOB SUMMARY: The VP Partner Executive will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key strategic partners to drive sales and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of channel sales and partner ecosystems.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive channel partner strategy to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
2. Assist in standing up channel partnerships, align go to market strategies and MultiPlan's vision for success
3. Build and maintain strong relationships across organizations with existing channel partners, providing support, resources, and structure to ensure their success.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align channel partner initiatives with company goals.
5. Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
6. Develop and deliver training programs and resources to enable partners to effectively sell and support our products and services.
7. Negotiate and manage partner agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth.
9. Align partner go to market (GTM) strategies with MultiPlan's overall strategy, ensuring we have the right team and structure in place for our partnerships to be successful
10. Ensure systematic data oriented efforts to improve consumer and/or client services. 25% of this job is related to QM activities.
11. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
12. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.

JOB SCOPE:The VP Partner Executive oversees the development and execution of strategies to establish and nurture strong relationships with key channel and business partners. This role involves creating and implementing partner enablement programs, conducting regular business reviews, and tracking partner performance to drive revenue growth. The VP Partner Manager ensures partners have the necessary resources and support, resolves conflicts, and stays updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance partner engagement and attend industry events to promote the company. This position requires excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage and grow the partner ecosystem.
