Corporate Communication Specialist

Claritev USA (Remote) Full-Time

JOB SUMMARY: This role will serve as a key member of the Marketing & Communications team with responsibility for supporting our employee communications program. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and executing internal communication strategies that engage and inform our employees. This candidate is an excellent writer and storyteller, and can quickly develop effective, publish-ready content.


JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies that support organizational goals and enhance employee engagement.
2. Help manage and maintain the company’s internal communication platforms, including SharePoint, email newsletters, and intranet.
3. Create, edit, and distribute internal communication materials such as newsletters, announcements, presentations, and other collateral.
4. Collaborate with various departments to gather and disseminate relevant information in a timely and effective manner.
5. Assist in planning and executing internal events, such as town hall meetings, workshops, and other employee engagement initiatives.
6. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
7. Ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all internal communication channels.
8. Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in internal communications.
Create and drive internal communications programs to motivate and engage employees
9. Assist with distribution of internal messages including intranet content, emails, newsletters, etc.
10. Actively participate in the Marketing & Communication Department meetings and activities, including providing creative and critical input.
11. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
12. Demonstrate Company’s Core Competencies and values held within.

JOB SCOPE: The incumbent will rely upon an expert understanding of roles and responsibilities of the position to independently complete tasks while still remaining within established standards and procedures.

Job Requirements:

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a related role.
• Proficiency with SharePoint and other internal communication tools is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with colleagues at all levels.
• Creative and strategic thinking skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to successfully multitask and work well under pressure with competing deadlines
• Ability to respond to rapidly changing priorities and crisis situations in a focused manner.
• Ability to represent the Company in a professional manner.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
• Individual in this position must be able to work in a standard office environment which requires sitting and viewing monitor(s) for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier, and telephone.

The salary range for this position is $---. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
