JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):
* Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field along with twelve (12) years' experience in a data-driven, analytical environment. An advanced degree in AI, computer science, or a related field is highly preferable.
* Project management skills; financial/budget management, scheduling, and resource management.
* Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals.
* High level of personal integrity, and the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and demonstrate the appropriate level of judgment and maturity in decision-making.
* Strong influence management skills are required to provide robust independent challenges and insights to senior stakeholders.
* A drive to learn and master new AI technologies and techniques.
* Business acumen plus technical expertise to drive value.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal and collaborative skills; and the ability to communicate AI and risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences, including senior leadership and Board members.
* Individual in this position must be able to work in a standard office environment which requires sitting and viewing monitor(s) for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier, and telephone.
The salary range for this position is $225-275K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.

JOB SUMMARY: This role will lead our Greenhouse initiative, an innovation lab focused on building rapid prototypes in close collaboration with our clients and internal business partners. She/he will focus on building data solutions that are valuable and scalable, with the potential to incorporate into Claritev's product platform. The role will implement an agile methodology that values continuous delivery of driven insights with the primary goal of satisfying the customer.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead the Greenhouse initiative to build rapid prototypes and foster innovation.
2. Build, manage, and maintain an agile, process-oriented methodology to ensure effective delivery and development of predictive and generative AI solutions.
3. Monitor and manage models in pre-production/POC environments, and help ensure productization of successful, scalable initiatives.
4. Measure performance through effective utilization of the insights they provide.
5. Effectively utilize large data sets to find opportunities for product and process optimization.
6. Drive business results through utilization of effective tools and techniques.
7. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
8. Collaborate with external partners to enhance AI capabilities and drive innovation.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and requirements.
10. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.
