JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for developing and distributing operational and client-facing reports, predictive analytics, prospective modeling, and/or other data analyses.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. May develop internal operational volume and performance reporting on the business.

2. May develop and distribute client-facing operational volume and performance reporting.

3. May create geographic and disruptive analyses intended to aid the sale of new business.

4. May analyze client and prospect claim files, with development of value based savings models.

5. May analyze internal operational processes and create incremental revenue opportunity stories based on process improvements.

6. Commit to client service excellence.

7. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.

8. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.

9. Demonstrate Company’s Core Competencies and values held within.

JOB SCOPE:

The incumbent works under general supervision and with some discretion to complete the job responsibilities. The incumbent relies on limited knowledge gained through some previous experience and established guidelines to review, analyze, and draw conclusions using independent judgment and discretion. The incumbent refers more complex issues to higher levels.

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in statistics, accounting, finance, economics or related field; or HS Diploma and 4 years of related experience

• Minimum 2 years experience in provider compensation, fee schedules, or related area

• Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable

• Knowledge of managed care contracts and principles and concepts of statistical analysis

•Utilize and modify T-SQL in queries that efficiently analyze healthcare data based requirements

•Perform ad hoc SQL queries against data tables to support analytical work

•Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is a plus


• Problem solving, analytical, organization, and communication (written, verbal and listening) skills

• Ability to use software, hardware, and peripherals related to job responsibilities, including MS Office

**Pursuant to Colorado’s “Equal Pay for Equal Work Act”, the following salary range is provided solely for applicants living in Colorado.  $50,000-$60,000.  If an applicant does not live in Colorado, this salary range may not apply.  Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity.  This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
